1. Copyright & Ownership
All provided files are the exclusive copyrighted property of Memento Amoris Photography. This is a limited, revocable license — no copyright, authorship, ownership, or exclusive rights transfer under this Agreement. All edited versions are derivative works of Photographer's copyrighted source material.
2. License Granted
Photographer grants Editor a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download the provided sample RAW files.
- Edit them solely to demonstrate Editor's style for directory consideration.
- Submit the edited versions to Photographer for evaluation and display in the directory.
Upon acceptance into the directory, Editor is additionally granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their edited versions in their own portfolio, website, and organic (unpaid) social media, subject to the attribution requirements below.
3. Restrictions
Editor shall not:
- Sell, sublicense, lease, distribute, or transfer the files or edited versions to any third party.
- Use the images in paid advertising, sponsored content, marketing campaigns, printed marketing materials, courses, workshops, tutorials, presets, LUTs, or any commercial product.
- Use the images, in original or edited form, to train, fine-tune, or feed any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
Third parties (including vendors, venues, planners, or stylists) requesting commercial use of any image must be directed exclusively to Photographer. Clients of Photographer hold personal-use rights only and cannot grant commercial usage rights to any third party.
4. Attribution
Any public display of the images by Editor must include visible credit:
- Social media:"Photography by @MementoAmoris" within the first three lines of the caption, plus an account tag.
- Websites and portfolios:"Photography by Memento Amoris Photography" with an active hyperlink to mementoamorisphoto.com adjacent to or directly beneath the images.
5. AI Workflow Disclosure
Editor shall accurately disclose whether AI, machine learning, generative, or automated editing technologies are used in their workflow (None / AI-assisted / Extensive). Photographer neither endorses nor prohibits any methodology; disclosures exist solely so clients can make informed decisions. Listings must be kept accurate.
6. Listing Accuracy & No Guarantee
Submission does not guarantee directory placement. Listed editors are expected to honor the services, pricing, policies, and turnaround times shown in their listing and to notify Photographer of changes. Inaccurate or outdated listings may be removed. There are no fees, commissions, or kickbacks in either direction.
7. Revocation
Photographer may revoke this license at any time, for any reason, upon written notice. Upon revocation (or removal from the directory), Editor shall remove all licensed images from all websites, portfolios, social media, and any other public display within thirty (30) days.
